We’ve had a digital antenna on the roof for about 3 years now and it has mostly worked pretty well. About a week ago, all of the sudden, we lost about 3/4 of the channels. I’ve checked all the connections and went on the roof to try repositioning it, which helped for about 2 nights (not daytime), but now those channels are gone again. I don’t know what is causing it and could use some advice. Could the antenna just stop working? Even though the cables look alright, could something be wrong with them and need replacing? We have one tv with a DVR and a splitter to hook both up directly to the antenna and both the tv and DVR have the same problem, so it doesn’t seem that the DVR would be the problem. Any ideas out there?

Any new electronics in the neighborhood? Like solar panels or LED lights? That can cause problems. I recently lost 3 stations that I used to get. They suddenly vanished. In my case, I think the tower that broadcasted those stations decreased its signal.
