That antenna should have no problems receiving that channel. It could be an issue with their tower or frequency interference from something in or around your house. Do your neighbors have the same issue with that channel? MeTV could be having broadcast issues.
That is a shielded coaxial cable. It should work fine.

It sounds like it could be the street light. Here is an article explaining how this can happen. https://www.te.com/usa-en/industries/intelligent-buildings/insights/emi-filters-for-street-lights.html
You could try using a Ferrite Ring Core or a Noise Suppressor Power EMI Filter. By placing these on your antenna power it could help clean up the issue.
If your antenna has a preamp it could be going bad. You could try replacing it. It could also be intermittent interference from your neighbors. Any new electronics in the neighborhood? Like solar panels or LED lights? That can cause problems. I recently lost 3 stations that I used to get. They suddenly vanished. In my case, I think the tower that broadcasted those stations decreased its signal.
It sounds like the tuner in your TiVo box is very sensitive or you’re getting some interference. You could try the ANTOP adjustable gain amplifier. This will allow you to adjust the output from the amp to the tuner. You can dial in the right amount of gain. It also has a built-in cell phone filter.
There are several other people having similar problems as you. In the comment section of this article https://www.overtheairdigitaltv.com/eliminate-over-the-air-antenna-interference/. Many people were complaining of trucks knocking out their OTA signals. It seems that the electronics in your truck are interfering with your antenna. You can try using a Tripp Lite Isobar. You could also try moving the antenna higher and get a better insulated coaxial cable. Hope this helps and good luck.

The Channel Master CM-3090 Telescoping Universal Antenna Mast would work well with the Channel Master Extreme. The antenna comes with the mounting brackets. Good luck!
October 21, 2020 at 12:00 pm in reply to: NBC Signal Strength – Tampa – St. Petersburg – Fort Myers Florida #4351Since some of those stations are over 60 miles away and in opposite directions you will need a multi-directional large outdoor antenna. It will need to be mounted outside on a pole or in an attic. I would recommend something like the Channel Master EXTREMEtenna Long Range Multi-Directional Outdoor TV Antenna or the Antennas Direct 8-Element Bowtie TV Antenna. It is worth trying. I would say if those stations were over 80 miles away it might not be worth it. If you want a cleaner looking antenna the Antop 400-BV Flat Panel Amplified Antenna works well. I personally have this one in my attic and it has performed well.
October 10, 2020 at 10:48 am in reply to: Combining 2 outdoor antennas- will I get Interference? #4347Combing two antennas can come with mixed success. You will have to experiment with placement. I heard some people that gained some channels and some that lost channels. I do think it is worth trying. You can always return the antenna if it does not work. Make sure you use a coupler and not a splitter to combine the antennas. You could also upgrade your antenna to an Antennas Direct 8 Element Bowtie Indoor/Outdoor HDTV Antenna which is essentially two antennas in one. It also allows you to point each side of the antenna in the correct location. Here is an article that might help you out.
Good luck
August 11, 2020 at 1:22 pm in reply to: Different OTA Channels on Different TVs Hooked Into Same Antenna System #4324It could be several things. The TV receiving fewer channels could be father way and the cable runs are longer. It might require a powered splitter to boost the signal. This would allow the tv to have a stronger signal. The other issue I have seen, not all tuners are built alike. Depending on the television manufacturer, some tuners work better than others. I have two televisions both using the same antenna each TV has different manufacturers. One tv tuner works better than the other. You could try swapping TVs and recan. See if it makes a difference. Then you could determine if it’s the tuner or if you need a powered splitter.
The Eagle Star antenna looks like a quality antenna. It is similar to the one I have the Antop Big Boy antenna, maybe slightly smaller. The other option is to get a larger antenna and mount it outside. If yours is not already. A directional antenna will work best if the majority of your broadcast antennas are in one area.
